A new chance,
a new hope.
Finally,
love is found
again.
A new chance,
a common bond
shared by two.
A connection
like no other.
A new hope,
confusion no longer rests
upon the shoulders.
Taking a leap,
giving it all you have,
and praying to god
that someone cares enough
to catch you
before you fall.

And love is... trust? Nice.
I LOVE the last stanza, by the way. So Bela.
Yeah, love is trust! Great job of figuring out the underlying theme! And the last stanza...my favorite, too! Thanks for all the comments!
If you can get who this is you will understand why I think this is my personal favorite poem. I agree with the comments above, the last stanza is perfect, and completely summarizes the poem. You have to trust someone, and I think that this definitely shows trust. Do you trust me?

Andrew, it shows your name at the bottom, so I know who it is! But not to worry, it took me a while to figure that out, too. Yeah, this is definitely one of my favorite poems! And of course I trust you!
Ooooh, does this have to do with andrew's John the Tennis Pro again?
Oh, how I absolutely LOVE being the little niggling gossiper, watching and waiting for the next bit of information to fall, assemblingh it all into a nice, neat package and presenting it to the shocked receiver... heh heh heh.
I don't really know you that well Gina, but I must say that this is not my John the Tennis pro, nor does it have anything to do with that incident. Gossiper? Correct when you say that... Wait a minute... I am the only one who knows whats going on here? Interesting...
(^_^) Good luck with that eh Gina.

Hey everyone!
I'm still here...
Oh Gina, everything will fall into place, as it always does for you.
Be nice, Gina and Andrew! But yes, Andrew is the only one that understands it...
Oh no, have I totally ruined my reputation with you, Andrew? It's not so much the gossip, I just like messing with peoples' heads. It's entertaining. >:D
Haha! Don't worry, Gina, I'll make sure he gets that message, loud and clear!
This poem ahs a somewhat timeless quality that might make it appropriate for publication.
It has a nice message behind it and people of any age can relate to it.

Maria, are you insinuating something?
